what we offer

  • Soulful Life Psychology offers evidence-based interventions for a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges for individuals from 16 years of age through the lifespan. We specialise in assisting individuals with the following challenges:

    • Anxiety, Stress and Depression Management

    • Trauma experiences and PTSD

    • Self Concept and Self Esteem

    • Coping with challenges and changes in life e.g., peer relationships, developmental transitions, family transitions

    • Grief and Loss

    To make an appointment simply book a time through the online calendar (click the BOOK APPOINTMENT tab in the lower right hand corner of screen) or use the online enquiry form and we will be in contact to assist you with any questions you may have.

    Sessions are 50 minutes in duration and the fee is $260 for the initial assessment and $230 for subsequent sessions. Payment can be made via EFTPOS or direct debit after your appointment. 

    Rebates are available to individuals who have been referred under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or possibly through your private health insurance, dependent on your level of cover. 

    Cancellations

    As part of our service we offer a confirmation SMS reminder 3 days before your appointment. This provides you the opportunity to reschedule your appointment if required. 

    We understand unexpected events occur, however we ask for 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment as this allows us to offer the appointment to other people. Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee. 

  • Coaching sessions are for those individuals who are functioning reasonably well in their daily lives, however, they are looking at improving their results in a particular skill, goal or areas of their lives. A coach advocates for and consults with people to help them strengthen their current abilities and thrive. A coach offers support, motivation and holds the individual accountable to do the work necessary to achieve their goals.
